YSB's VolunTEEN Program starts July 2010!

DeKalb County Youth Service Bureau will launch the newly developed VolunTEEN program this month. The VolunTEEN program is a free service, providing DeKalb County youth ages 12-18 with ongoing, organized opportunities to volunteer in their community, while enhancing their civic awareness. YSB will provide coordination of volunteer experiences, collaboration with other community organizations, and supervision of the youth who are volunteering. For the complete story, click here.

Bike Auction Coming Soon!

Come to YSB's Corn Fest Bike Auction on August 21stand find a bike at a great deal, while supporting YSB and DeKalb County Youth!

• Bidding starts at $5.00!!! Wow!!!
• Lots of biks for auction including: Next, Mongoose, Trek, Huffy, and many more!!
• YSB will also have garage sale items for purchase on the day of the auction

When: Saturday, August 21st. Viewing starts at 9 a.m., bidding at 9:30 a.m.
Where: 330 Grove Street, DeKalb in the YSB parking lot (SW corner of Grove and 4th Streets)

YSB offers individual/family counseling and specialized groups decdicated in the areas of:

• day-long services for youth that have been suspended from school
